She has made changes that have greatly improved the lives of the residents and their sense of well-being (and that of their loved ones who comes to visit) while keeping her facility economically feasible. This is the kind of place that would appeal to children and grandchildren who want the peace of mind of knowing their loved ones are ok if a nursing facility becomes necessary.
