Advice for start-ups looking to build a workplace culture

It’s important for entrepreneurs to create a workplace culture that can guide the business from the very beginning.

Hiring employees who fit and support the company’s values will help to maintain that culture as the business grows. Rather than drafting long and complicated values and guidelines, keep it simple so that employees can remember what the company stands for. Transparency and one-on-one interactions help new employees to get on board, while leading by example is a must to keep the culture thriving.
