At 87 years old, Dr. Russell Dohner is a country doctor from a bygone era: He has delivered thousands of babies, rarely takes days off, and charges just $5 a visit. He practices in the small town of Rushville, Illinois where he has worked for nearly 50 years. NBC News, 7/1/2012
