Company recalls potentially flammable children's pants

Hundreds of thousands of child size pants and boxers are being recalled, reports the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. The pants, sold exclusively at Academy Sports and Outdoor stores in Texas, failed to meet federal flammability standards for children's sleepwear. The recalled items include Academy pull-on lounge pants for boys and girls and boxers for girls in a variety of colors and print designs. Children should stop wearing the recalled sleepwear immediately and consumers should return the sleepwear to Academy for a refund, exchange, or store credit. For more information, call the importer of the products, Rigo International, toll free at (888) 229-1292.
