Middle class struggles to get good financial advice

 

It's not only the wealthy who can benefit from financial advisers. In fact, according to Sheryl Garrett, the founder and CEO of the Garrett Planning Network, a nationwide network of fee-only financial advisers who specialize in serving the middle class, "The financial planning decisions of middle income families are more critical than that of wealthier people, because they can't afford to make any mistakes." A growing number of financial planners are now serving the middle class, and websites like LearnVest and Nestwise also offer relevant financial advice.
