Kate Winslet may have played a hero in one of her academy-award winning movies, but the actress brought this role to life when she sprung to action, saving an elderly woman from a Caribbean house that was engulfed by flames. The woman was the mother of Richard Branson, the Virgin Group Boss, who was hosting Winslet and her children in his home. No one was hurt in the fire.
